I spent the last decade as a PM, mostly at Instagram, where my team worked on how new connections turn into conversations. The part of the job I love is learning a space, forming a point of view, and inventing the product that follows from it.
Since leaving Meta I've been building that product for a customer of one: me. A set of agents now reads my inbox, watches job boards, tracks concert presales, runs the renovation paperwork, and brings me a short list of decisions each morning. I never let them send anything. I write about what that teaches me about where assistants are going.
Outside of work: ๐ฝ๏ธ cooking, ๐ reading, โฝ soccer, ๐ค ai, ๐ฅพ hiking, ๐ธ live music, ๐จโ๐ง dad things.
