Before Kellogg, I spent 5 years at Google developing Customer Insights for our Product teams and making actionable recommendations. The work spanned hardware (phones, tablets, smartwatches), software (Android OS, Google Now) and services (Project Fi).

My interest in this role stemmed from a deep-rooted desire to understand consumer behavior and create novel solutions. To see the underlying motivations, mindset, and desires that trigger (or prevent) action, and to develop new concepts and ideas that help people get on with their day.
